Grind

Off late, not getting time to blog. Every day is a grind, really trying to trudge through the stuff. Time management is a very important aspect of life. With 12 hour work days becoming a norm, I should try to manage my time effectively. Perception matters a lot in this world, I cannot believe myself when my boss told me twice in a week that I am spending less hours at work. This is the situation in an MNC and it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain work-life balance!
